A precious opportunity to escape and join us at Mangarara Farm Eco Lodge. On this retreat we seek to nurture your body and soul and stimulate reflection and new growth in you.

Day one

Spend the day travelling to us. We will collect you from the airport or provide instruction for you to meet us at Mangarara Lodge, Elsthorpe, Central Hawke's Bay, New Zealand.
Aiming to be with us by 5 pm you will familiarise yourselves with the Eco lodge and settle in, learn a little about each other and find out what has brought us together.
We have the opportunity to meet our hosts Greg and Rachel Hart as they share their inspirational journey - connecting people with the origins of their food again.
Over a light meal we discuss our hopes and goals for the weekends retreat and introduce the concept of and science behind 'Mindfulness'.

Day two

After gentle awakening yoga we can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the deck. We then gather for our first 'Personal Growth' session looking at our 'mindset' around growth.
Lunch will be self served while you take time to relax and reflect on the mornings work.
Later in the afternoon we will trek out to the bush hut for our meditative walking experience and a cuppa in the wild. We return to the lodge and finish with a restorative yoga stretch with time to shower and relax before dinner. From here the night is your own, we light the fire and invite you to spend it as you wish.

Day Three

Today - you choose, sleep in, relax, practice yoga or sit with tea on the deck before we gather for breakfast.
With morning coffee we gather to take part in our second 'Growth' session looking at the goals and the traps of personal growth. Following this we share in the story, the wisdom and insight of Christine Spring - Author, Photographer, Company director and Engineer.
After lunch has been served the afternoon is allocated as a 'silent' time until we come together for the beautiful Yoga Nidra Meditation.
We serve you your celebration meal and encourage you to retreat and journal your experiences, thoughts and reflections.

Day Four

Ease into the day with a walk, a run, a kayak on the lake or a cup of tea on the deck. Talk, listen and laugh with new friends and just be as you are in this special place.
After a leisurely breakfast Ange will lead our final 'Growth' session outlining strategies for growth.
A light lunch will be served to see you on your way with your Mojo rejuvenated, back to those you love and influence.

The Mojo Journey Retreat exceeded my expectations. The retreat provided an inspirational, supportive and compassionate environment for growth - in my case finding joy in life again. Having never done a retreat before I wasn’t too sure what to expect, what we did and what we got went way way beyond my expectations.
The venue was the perfect place for this retreat so quiet, peaceful, comfortable and picturesque. The 'Natural' vegetable gardener was very interesting to listen to and I will apply some of his techniques to our garden. The food was outstanding so fresh, tasty, plentiful and healthy.
Christine Spring inspired me I could have listened to her all day. I couldn’t fault it at all, I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to go on a Mojo journey, and wanting to change from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset and to believe in themselves.
